Terms of Service

Welcome to SonaLab (the "Product"). The Product is operated by Chengdu Pronoman Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

SonaLab is a professional real-time vocal analysis tool that provides voice visualization, pitch tracking, symptom detection, and more. We offer a free tier (L0) and paid tiers (L1 and above).

You must register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it. Do not share your account credentials.

Upon purchasing a paid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. Each license is bound to a specific number of devices depending on the tier. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Product.

Paid licenses are processed through third-party payment platforms. L1 is a one-time purchase. L2/L3 are annual subscriptions. All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.

The Product and all its content, features, and technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Product is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Analysis results from SonaLab are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a professional for health concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your licenses will be revoked, though one-time purchase licenses remain valid for compliant use.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Chengdu.
