Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your SonaLab purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund according to the following policy.

L1 One-Time Purchase License

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email within the 7-day period
  • Upon refund, the corresponding license will be revoked and bound devices will be unlinked
  • Purchases older than 7 days are not eligible for refund

L2/L3 Subscription License

  • You may request a refund at any time during the subscription period, calculated pro-rata based on remaining days
  • Upon refund, the license will be immediately downgraded and premium features will no longer be available
  • Subscriptions with more than 90% of the period elapsed are not eligible for refund

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accounts banned for violating the Terms of Service
  • Licenses obtained through activation code redemption (please contact the code provider)
  • Purchases beyond the refund period

How to Request a Refund

Please send an email to vip@pro.men with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Purchase date and license tier
  • Reason for refund

We will process your request within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
