Event Publishing Terms

By clicking "Agree & Submit" to publish an event announcement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms apply together with the Teacher Onboarding Terms and Terms of Service to the events you publish on SonaLab.

The event information you publish (title, description, schedule, location, fees, sessions, signup details, etc.) must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If details change, update or unpublish the event promptly.

Event content must not contain illegal, false, misleading, or third-party-infringing information, and you must hold the necessary rights to posters and promotional materials.

You bear full responsibility for organizing, signups, charging, fulfillment, refunds, and safety of your events. SonaLab only provides an information display channel, does not participate in organizing or transactions, and makes no guarantee regarding event fulfillment.

Events are reviewed before publication: submissions must pass platform review, and the platform may request changes, reject, or unpublish content. Once approved, the event is displayed on the Events page and the profiles of the associated teachers.

For joint events involving multiple teachers, the submitter must obtain the other teachers' consent before listing them as teachers of the event.

You retain rights to the content you submit and grant the platform a non-exclusive, revocable license to display it on the site and official promotion channels.

You may unpublish your events at any time. The platform may directly unpublish content that violates these terms or has received complaints, and may suspend your event publishing permissions accordingly.

The platform may update these terms from time to time, and updates will be published on the Policies page. Continuing to publish events after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
