1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a teacher onboarding application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and SonaLab. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application.
2. Services
The SonaLab teacher directory provides vocal teachers with a public profile page (teaching background, contact details, etc.) and the ability to publish event announcements. The platform provides display, review, and management services, and does not directly provide teaching services.
3. Eligibility
You must have the corresponding vocal teaching ability and legal identity, and the information you submit (name, contact details, teaching background, location, etc.) must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Certification information (e.g., IVA / EVT / CVT) must be genuine and valid.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you submit (bio, contact details, avatar, posters, event information, etc.). Content must not be false, misleading, illegal, or infringe any third-party rights, and must not be used to distribute information that violates laws or public order.
5. Event Publishing Rules
Event information you publish (title, description, schedule, location, fees, sessions, signup details, posters, etc.) must be truthful and accurate, and you must hold the necessary rights to posters and promotional materials. You bear full responsibility for organizing, charging, fulfillment, refunds, and safety of your events. The platform only provides an information display channel and does not participate in organizing or executing events or transactions.
6. Review and Management
The platform has the right to review submitted profiles and event content, and may reject, request changes to, or unpublish content that does not meet the guidelines, and may suspend or terminate onboarding for violations without prior consent.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant the platform a non-exclusive, revocable license to display it on the site and official promotion channels (such as official social media). The SonaLab brand, site design, and platform content remain the property of the platform.
8. Fees and Transactions
Teacher onboarding is currently free. The platform does not participate in pricing, charging, or settlement between you and your students. Disputes arising from courses or events should be resolved between you and your students.
9. Privacy and Data
Personal information you submit is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Fields displayed publicly (such as public email, social accounts, event locations, etc.) are visible to all visitors — please fill them in with care.
10. Disclaimer
The platform makes no guarantee regarding teaching outcomes or event fulfillment. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for disputes or losses arising from content published by teachers or events organized by them.
11. Changes to Terms
The platform may update these terms from time to time, and updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the teacher directory after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Termination
You may contact the platform at any time to unpublish your profile and leave the directory. The platform may suspend or terminate your profile and event publishing permissions if you violate these terms, become unreachable, or no longer meet the eligibility requirements.
